How to order an oven 1. Email us at Tedsfab@gmail.com or call us at 717-647-7818 with what you are looking to purchase and with upgrades, if any 2. You will receive an email or phone call from us asking for contact info, address, phone number and shipping info. The next step is to receive an invoice from us through email. This invoice can be sent in with your down payment, if paying by check, otherwise it is for your records only. 3. Once the down payment of $500.00 is received, whether by check or credit card, we will let you know an expected day the oven will be ready for pickup. 4. The remaining balance on the unit is due before it leaves the shop. If paying by check, we suggest sending out the payment at least a week in advance from the expected shipping date. If paying by credit card, you may pay up to the day of the shipment. We can also take down payments via credit card, please do not under any circumstance send this info via email we are not liable for any information sent via email. If you wish to pay via credit card just put in the email that you wish us to call you for the info and we will call you back during normal business hours. We will only ship when the payment has cleared, there are no exceptions to this rule. If the payment is not received by the day we would like to ship the unit we will re-arrange your oven for shipping when the payment is received. We also respond to emails very quick, typically during normal business hours we will respond within a few hours. after hours we usually reply asap. Please note that our ovens are built to order. If you have a certain deadline that you need the product by, please take into consideration our lead time when you place the order. We are not held responsible for jobs that are left unfinished because you do not have your equipment and did not leave sufficient time between the date you placed the order and the date you needed the product. For example: if you would place an order on March 1 and need to use the product on March 14. There is not sufficient time in between the two dates to meet our shops lead time.
Due to the high demand of our products, much of our time is spent in the shop fabricating and putting together orders. This has led us to have to cut back on our phone time. This does not mean that we are not interested in your order or your questions. Our customers are extremely important to us; as is getting their products completed and shipped in a timely manner. Unfortunately for our customer's this means that sometimes you may have to leave a message when you call. Please be assured we appreciate your business and we will respond to your message as soon as possible. |
