Ted's Fabrication Inc. has got into the hydro graphics market. It has been a
long time coming with a lot of research and development into making an
affordable tank for the budget minded customers. Our tanks feature quality parts
and all major parts are ul listed (pump, control box, switches, heater).
Our tanks are made of mild steel or stainless steel. The plumbing parts are
stainless and plastic to avoid corrosion. The "dams" and side rails are also
stainless, as well as the top rail caps just in case there is a drop part on the
rail. We have discussed this with a few shops that have been in the hydrographic
market for some time and they all agree that the tank being mild steel and
powder coated will not effect anything other than the price, however we are
offering the tank in 2 options.
Option 1
- bare mild steel - you finish with powder coat or paint
bare mild steel - we assemble the entire unit here, fill it with water to ensure
it is water tight and functional. Then drain the tank and coat it with a rust
inhibitor. You must then take it apart and powder coat the tank or apply some
other coating such as paint. With this option we are not liable for tank failure
but it will help save you some money.
Option 2 - Stainless steel tank
Complete stainless this is the ultimate tank! No need to worry about coating it or anything its ready to go the day it arrives .

Freight charges will apply as tanks are shipped truck freight - unless picked up at our location.
