The ovens shown are just a few types that we build on a normal basis. We also have spray booths available for sale. We offer some of the most affordable equipment on the market to help you get into the powder coating industry.
about our ovens:
Our ovens are built in jigs and fully welded together. They feature 3-3/4 inch thick walls, top and bottoms, and 2-1/2 inch thick doors. They are made completely of galvanized materials and are insulated with fiberglass insulations rated up to 800 degrees. The door seal consists of fiberglass tad pole seal. The door has welded hinges and 2 quick release latches. The unit is mounted on 4 swivel castors to let you roll it around your shop.
All of the units have a digital pid temperature controller that is wired into a contact relay. The heaters run off 220v single phase current and the controller and contact block use 120v to operate.
All parts are UL listed and approved and all wiring is ran on the outside of the unit and heaters are wired individually so if a heater would happen to go dead it could easily be fixed.
As with all equipment used for heating applications, electrical components will degrade over time and require some maintenance. Our units use some of the best parts that are easy to find, making it easy to fix in case a problem arises.
We also reserve the right to make appropriate equipment changes if we see something that can be improved during the making of your oven. The pictures on our website are merely for suggestion and to let you have an idea of what you will be getting.
payment options:
minimum of $500.00 down for an oven order, the rest can be paid when the oven is done or is ready for shipping. we prefer to have your final payment here and processed at least 1 week prior to being shipped to avoid any delays in our shipping schedules with other customers. If you have difficulties in sending in the final payment your order may be delayed or rescheduled as we work on a very strict schedule here. We accept personal and business checks, money orders, certified checks and credit cards for down payments. When your oven is done we will only ship it or let you take the oven once the funds have cleared, if paying by check.
If paying by personal or business check it must be held for 10 days, no exceptions before it is shipped , if you pay with certified funds it will be held for 5 days, no exceptions
If you are picking your oven up you must either pre pay before pickup or pay with cash in person.
A lot of customers ask us why we only require 500.00 down and others require the full amount due on order, the reason for this is because we have a lot of inventory here that we don't require the full price amount to start building your oven, the minimum is just so we know you are serious about making a commitment with us in your business venture.
if your oven sits here after it is paid for in full for more than 15 days due to not being able to schedule shipping or other circumstances, it will be subjected to a fee of 10.00 per day for storage as we do not have room here for storing of completed jobs. If we do not hear from you we also reserve the right to move your order to the next customer in line who is willing to book shipping right away. However in the event that this does happen your order will be remade right away typically within 2 weeks. This helps us by not having jobs sitting here for long periods of time and also having us not charge you for a storage fee. We will also move your order to the next customer in line that has the same order as you if you cannot provide additional funding for the rest of your order. If your order goes more than 2 months without final payment we will consider you a non paying client and remove you from our system with no refund of your deposit. This is subject to change without notice.
terms and conditions
- all ovens have a 90 day warranty on the digital controller, everything else is not warranted but we are always willing to work with the end user to an extent. typically if there is a problem we will make sure the problem is fixed right away by some means to keep you up and running
- all ovens are free from defects and work properly when they leave our shop , if some how they do get damaged during shipping a claim must be filed with the trucking company immediately we are not responsible for damaged items.
- any oven that is ordered as a custom oven {i.e. a base oven with window} including AS IS ovens that are sold as leftovers of changed job orders, your 500.00 deposit is non refundable and if you decide to cancel the order you are not eligible for a refund, these ovens are being sold AS IS and they are built to custom measurements to meet an individuals specific needs and therefore are non returnable and non refundable.
- AS IS ovens are ovens that had been ordered and built to certain customer specifications but then the customer changed their mind of what they would like and now is being resold to a new customer, all AS IS ovens have never been used and are all still new, however they are slightly different than our standard ovens in one way or another.
- if you order an oven that we list on our site on a daily basis then you will receive a refund minus 100.00 for a processing fee if you would cancel your order before the full amount due has been paid.
- we do not take trade in's
- small parts orders are non returnable and non refundable. small parts include heaters , latches , door seal , control boxes.
