control panels for custom ovens

we started to make control boxes for the individuals that are building there own ovens . this way it can cut down the time required to locate all of the electrical parts to make it your self .

these are the same control boxes we use on our basic ovens and the 4x6x6 ovens

we offer 2 different models that are very affordable

the basic model .

this model is your basic setup  we use this setup on deluxe style ovens .

priced as shown for $265.00  plus s&h

  • includes a digital 1/16 din pid controller

  • includes 2 magnetic contact relays rated to 40 amps each . this is enough to run 4 3200 watt heaters at 220v

  • includes switches for light , fan , and also manual control of heaters

  • includes high amp distribution block for connecting your power source

  • uses 220-240v 3 wire for operation, heating system is wired for 220-240v and controls and accessories are wired for 120v

  • includes 6" k-type thermocouple

the deluxe style controller

this is a more elaborate control box setup , we use this style on our 4x6x6 ovens

priced as shown for $475.00  plus s&h

  • includes a digital 1/4 din pid controller

  • includes 4 magnetic contact relays rated for 40 amps each , this is enough to run up to 20kw of heaters

  • includes switches for light , fans , and also lets you control heaters independantly

  • uses 220-240v 3 wire for operation , heating system is wired for 220-240v and controls and accessories are wired for 120v

  • includes 6" k-type thermocouple

with these control boxes you will need to supply fittings to put your conduit into the box , and also run your power cord out of it . we do not include them because there are many different types of variations out there for running conduit .

the box comes pre wired and tested , all you need to do is mount the box , run your power wire into it , and run the heater wires and other accessories wires out .

at this time these are the only 2 control boxes we are building . we use these boxes on our ovens and know them inside and out and they work .
