booth instructions
Booth and oven shipment and assembly procedure
If you ordered a booth and oven from us this is what it will look like when you
unwrap the freight fig1
The top 2 panels are the back of the booth, the 2 pieces of long metal that look
like a “z” are the back wall braces and filter holders , below that is the side
walls of the booth .{there is a left and right , the side with the holes in it
is made for the electrical outlet and should be put on the right side } When you
take all these panels off the top of the oven you are now ready to remove the
top of the booth from the inside of the oven,
You will need something to prop the door of the oven up against , at our shop we
use a forklift but you can also use a short ladder or wood , DO NOT OPEN THE
DOOR AND HAVE IT REST ON THE HINGES IT WILL DESTORT THE HINGES IN THIS POSITION
fig 2
While removing the booth you can start assembly , start with 1 side panel , and
install the lower back wall , then the other side panel , next put the top on
the booth , you will need 2 guys to do this part , ounce you get the top put
into place and bolted in , you can install the upper back wall , and then the
air filter holder . all you will need to do then is bring the electrical outlet
down to the side wall and bolt it into place , the bag filter goes in the top
part of the booth and the cap gets screwed into place , you may need to use some
duct tape or masking tape to close off any small gaps . {see fig3-6}
