4'x4'x6'oven specs:     budget minded

these ovens are the exact same as our other 4x4x6 ovens without the industrial heaters. instead they use the same GE heaters we use in our other budget minded ovens . we also paired the heaters up to give a total max amp draw of under 60 amps for the do it yourselfer since most home shops have limited amps available. These ovens use the same type of controller as our other 4x4x6 ovens

• sheeted inside and outside with galvanized sheet metal

• metal frame member every 12" or 16" based on position of frame

• jig welded frame , frames are not screwed or bolted together like others

• walls top and bottom are 3-3/4 thick and insulated with fiberglass insulation rated to 800 degrees

• mounted on castors for ease of pushing around your shop, or flat floor models that remain stationary

• 4 2750 watt heaters give you a combined heating of   11,000 watts , this is enough to get this oven to temp within 20 minutes with the proper line voltage

• unit draws  58 amps of power

• requires 220v single phase 220-240v 3 wire for hook up

• equipped with a digital P.I.D temperature controller with inside temp reading and set points

• cam lock latches allow for quick "in and out"

• wiring is ran to each heater separate to allow easy troubleshooting if a problem arises
